Partnership Program Questions

1How is the 411 Labs InSite Partnership Program organized?
Our Partnership Program is divided into two paths, per lead; the Referral Program and the Resale Program. The FAQs below provide more details about each program.
2Do I have to choose the Referral Program or the Resale Program? Can I do both?
You select the program at the lead level. So you may choose to run your first lead through the Referral Program and your second lead through the resale program, and then because of staffing concerns run a later lead through the referral program again.
3How do I get more information about becoming a 411 Labs partner?

4How do I become a 411 Labs partner?
Once you are selected to be a 411 Labs partner, complete and sign the 411 Labs Partnership Agreement.
5How do I register a new lead?
Click on the “Register a new Lead” on the left of this page. Complete the form (including your choice about this lead being logged as a referral or resale lead, and hit Submit. That’s all there is to it.
6How can I become an411 Labs partner?
Our main criteria for partners is experience with Jive, current clients of yours who are Jive installs, or your involvement in active Jive sales processes.
7When are commissions earned?
Commissions are earned when the prospect has paid their annual subscription fee.
8What is 411 Labs looking for in new partners?
Our main criteria for partners is experience with Jive, current clients of yours who are Jive installs, or your involvement in active Jive sales processes.
9When are earned commissions paid?
Earned commissions are paid to partners within 30 days of customer payment to 411 Labs.
10As a partner, can I discount the sale of InSite, if needed?
We do sometimes discount InSite, but only under certain circumstances. For the referral program, no discount authority is granted to the partner, although please discuss the particulars of a given deal with us and we may, at our sole discretion choose to authorize a discount. For a resale lead, partners are authorized to discount up to 5% no questions asked. Deeper discounts may be granted after discussions with 411 Labs staff, although granting of deeper discounts is entirely at the discretion of 411 Labs partner staff. Any discounts authorized or approved will correspondingly lower the partner’s earned commission.
11How is the license for InSite structured?
The InSite SaaS service is subscribed to on an annual basis. The current annual pricing for InSite is located HERE.
12Are there any quotas assigned to partners in either lead type?
While we hope that you will close lots of business with InSite, we do not assign a quota for either program.
13What are the typical partner commissions earned per sale of InSite?
The InSite annual subscription is $15,000. For the referral program commissions earned for the first year would be $1,500 (10%) and for each renewal year $750 (5%). For the resale program commissions earned for the first year would be $3,000 (20%) and for each renewal year $1,500 (10%).
14Can Partners offer a free trial for InSite?
Yes, prospects may elect up to a 14 day free trial of InSite. The same configuration requirements listed HERE must still be met. Prospects must still sign the Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) and the $0 Quote/Invoice in order to start the trial.
15Can the 14 day free trial be extended?
411 Labs may choose to extend a 14 day free trial period in certain rare circumstances. Please discuss the particulars of a given prospect with 411 Labs partner staff.
16How does a prospect enroll in the 14 day free trial?
All InSite implementations, including ones under the 14 day free trial period must have a signed Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) and a $0 Quote/Invoice referencing the signed MSA. Once the MSA and the Quote/Invoice are signed, send the documents and configuration info via this Google Form to InSite. InSite provisioning staff will set up the InSite instance within 48 hours.
17How does a prospect convert to a paid customer after the 14 day free trial is over?
Customers who convert at the end of the 14 day trial will be issued a new Quote/Invoice for the agreed to sales amount that references the original signed MSA.
18As a Partner, can we get our own instance of InSite to demo?
There are several requirements that need to be fulfilled in order for us to configure your own InSite instance: 1. You must already be a Jive partner with your own demo Jive instance or instances. 2. You must have 5 InSite sales (either referral or resale) credited to your partnership. If both these conditions have been met, you may request that we provision a demo instance of InSite for your use to assist you in future sales and testing.

Implementation Configuration Questions

1What are the configuration requirements for InSite?
There are several configuration requirements on the Jive side: 1. An InSite API User must be create on the Jive side with Full Access System Administration rights under Permissions in the Jive Admin Console. We suggest that Jive user be given the name of InSiteAPIUser. User email can be be an enterprise corporate email alias or a 411Labs.com email address with the naming convention of [enterprise abbreviation]InSiteAPIUser@411Labs.com. 2. The Jive user name and the password for that user must be set up in the InSite System/Settings. 3. Either the Jive site must be configured to NOT require connection to send DMs or any Approver must have DM/Sharing user override privileges checked in Other Content Permissions section.
2How do we request an InSite instance be provisioned?

4How is the Email Section of InSite System/Settings configured?
The email section is needed in order to send Email Campaigns. There are many ways to set up for Email Campaigns. The minimum requirement is an Enterprise Corporate email address (or alias) and password for that address. Those credentials are entered into the InSite System/Settings Email section.

1How do I log a bug?
Bugs can be logged in one of two ways: 1. Within InSite go to Help/Report a Bug. This will start an email the will be logged into our Support Desk system. 2. On this website click on the Support icon at the bottom right of every page. This will also be logged into our Support Desk System.

4We have tested the DM Campaigns for the customer and they are not going out. What now?
This could be due to any of a number of issues. Please send an email to support@411Labs.com or go to the Help/Report a Bug section of InSite or click on the Support button at the bottom right corner of this website. We will work with you quickly to determine if the problem is a configuration error, and approval error or something else.
